She has spent years perfecting the craft of making people feel welcome, heard, and valued. That's exactly what she brings to Ink'd Outlaws every single day. As studio operator and co-owner, Jenny handles consultations, custom designs discussions, scheduling, and everything that makes getting tattooed at Ink'd Outlaws feel like visiting old friends instead of walking into a shop. She's got a knack for understanding what clients envision, asking the right questions, and helping James translate your story into art. When she is not managing the shop, she is a published Appalachian Folklore Author and helps other small businesses with their branding and marketing goals. Meet James

James has been tattooing for nearly a decade, but he's been an artist his whole life. Growing up in Kingsport, he always had a pencil in his hand, sketch pad nearby. Tattooing was the natural evolution, a way to turn his artistic gifts into something permanent, personal, and meaningful for the people who trust him with their skin. He's known throughout the Tri-Cities for his large-scale realistic black & grey work, the kind of detailed, intricate pieces that take time, skill, and an artist who actually cares about nailing it. He's equally famous for his cover-up transformations: taking old tattoos people regret and turning them into art they actually love.
